1. Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS and select local postal services to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
2. Order Processing
- Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed as soon as payment is accepted.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00).
- Holidays: We do not process orders on U.S. Postal Service holidays in 2025:

3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
ETA = Handling Time + Transit Time. Once your items ship, we’ll email you a tracking link. Any delays after pickup are outside our control; tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scanning schedule.

5. Order Cut-Off Time
- Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) (New York).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed that same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends or U.S. USPS holidays, will be processed the next business day.
6. Personalized & Customized Orders
For items requiring customization, please allow additional design time. This may add 1–5 extra business days depending on complexity. We will notify you if customization affects your ETA.
7. Order Tracking
- After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Within 1–2 business days of processing, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
- Tracking information may take 3–7 days to appear after shipment—this is due to carrier scan times.

8. Geographic Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
9. Incorrect Address Policy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect/missing information, a re-shipping fee will apply.
- We are not responsible for parcels forwarded or redirected at your request after leaving our warehouse.
- Returned packages will be held by our shipping partner and eventually disposed of; we cannot refund or replace those items.
