Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules—one arbitrator, conducted in Houston, Texas, in English. Each party bears its own costs, and the arbitrator may award fees to the prevailing party. Class actions and representative claims are waived.
