Can I check out as a guest? | Yes. Guest checkout requires only your shipping and payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, store addresses, and receive member-only offers. |

Do you ship internationally? | No. We ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses. |

Who pays for return shipping? | $0.00. Ardelyne covers return shipping for approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). |
Can I exchange an item? | Yes—size or color exchanges are free (one per order). Email your order number and desired variant; we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is in transit. |
What if I change my mind or made an error? | You may cancel or modify your order at no cost within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be changed. |
