How do I find a product?Use the Search bar at the top of any page, or browse by category from the main menu.
Can I save items to a wishlist?Yes. Click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page to save it for later. Access all saved items under My Account › Wishlist.
How do I know if a product is in stock?The product page shows real-time availability:
In stock: “Add to Cart” button appears.
Out of stock: Sign up for an email alert when it’s back.
Can I check out as a guest?Yes. Guest checkout requires only your shipping and payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, store addresses, and receive member-only offers.

What carriers do you use?We ship via USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.
When will my order be processed?Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, EST), excluding USPS holidays. Cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST; orders placed after will process next business day.
How long does delivery take?ETA = Handling Time + Transit Time:
Standard: 1–7 business days handling + 7–20 business days transit
Fast: 1–2 business days handling + 10–15 business days transit
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Do you ship internationally?No. We ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my order?After processing (1–2 business days), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 3–7 days to appear.

Is my payment information secure?Yes. Ardelyne uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant, so your card details are transmitted and stored securely.
Can I use a coupon code?Yes. Enter your code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout.
What happens if my payment fails?You’ll see an error message and receive an email. Double-check card details or choose another method. If issues persist, contact support.

Order Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?We accept returns of non-sale items within 180 days of delivery, in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached).
How do I return an item?1. Email [email protected] or submit a request via our Contact Us page.
2. Include order number and photos if damaged.
3. We’ll send instructions and, for approved claims, a prepaid label.
Who pays for return shipping?$0.00. Ardelyne covers return shipping for approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
Can I exchange an item?Yes—size or color exchanges are free (one per order). Email your order number and desired variant; we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is in transit.
What if I change my mind or made an error?You may cancel or modify your order at no cost within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be changed.

Refunds

How do I request a refund?Follow the returns procedure above. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of our receiving your return, including original shipping costs when applicable.
What if I don’t see my refund?If you haven’t received it within 10–15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
