1. Free Cancellation & Modifications Within 24 Hours

We understand that you may need to correct an order or change your mind. You may cancel or modify your order at no charge if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Item design, size, color, or quantity
  • Shipping address (see Section 2 below)

2. Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Ardelyne cannot be held responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees to resend your package.

3. Orders in Production

After the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled. Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.
