1. Order Exchanges & Cancellations
1.1 Order Exchanges
- Please double-check size, design, quantity, and other options before completing your purchase.
- We cannot exchange items for selection errors.
- To correct such mistakes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours (see below) and place a new one.
1.2 Order Cancellations
- Timeframe: You may cancel at no cost within 24 hours of placing your order.
- How to Cancel: Email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
- We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
- After 24 hours, orders enter production (made-to-order) and cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Returns Window
- Returns accepted within 180 days of delivery (non-sale items only).
- After 180 days, no returns or refunds will be issued.
2.2 Eligible Conditions
You may return and claim a refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged or broken
- Differs in design, size, or material from your original order
- Is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
- Shows a significant deviation from the product description
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
2.3 Ineligible Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Defects not attributable to our oversight
- Items without original tags
- Minor, fixable issues (e.g., loose thread)
2.4 Refund Claim Requirements
When requesting a refund, please include:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or sales receipt)
- Shipping label or courier receipt
- Photos or other evidence of damage/defect
- Any relevant communications (e.g., email screenshots)
2.5 Return & Refund Process

- Review & Authorization: We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Upon approval, you’ll receive a return address and instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Pack items securely, include your order confirmation printout, and ship via your chosen carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Provide Tracking: Share the carrier’s tracking number with us.
- Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm receipt by email and process your refund.
2.6 Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of our receiving your return, to the original payment method.
- This refund includes original shipping costs when applicable.
- If you don’t see the refund after 10–15 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

- 180-day limit: All returns/refunds must be initiated within 180 days of delivery.
- Shipping risks: We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays during the return shipment.
